CrucialTrak signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) on April 21, 2020 with ISU System, the leading Korean IT solution provider specializing in HR, ERP (Enterprise Resource Management) system, for establishing a strategic business alliance. This new model will mainly target the emerging global untact (non-contact) business which will help to prevent a future social and economic crisis, such as COVID-19, in various sectors of the industry.
ISU System is planning to introduce an all-new Time & Attendance (TNA) solution by combining CrucialTrack's non-contact multi-biometric recognition technology with ISU's own HR management solution which currently serves more than 300 clients. ISU System aims to provide non-contact TNA management system to cope with the global demand for a higher level of security.
Additionally, with the agreement to exchange each party's global sales network and marketing resources both parties expect that this MOU will result in an even greater effect in terms of sales success.
